Prices in this catalog are in Canadian dollars, excluding GST and QST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-respect of the supply deadlines from our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Les Petites Foufounes. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
PayPal payment, credit card or bank transfer.
Delivery and transport
Available items are shipped by mail or via Purolator within a normal delay of 2 to 4 weeks. Les Petites Foufounes does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or those under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Regardless of the shipping method used (Purolator, Canada Post or others), you request that your package be left at your door in case of absence, and accept the risk that your package may be stolen, unless otherwise specified and a signature is required upon delivery.

Return or exchange of goods
The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels containing their references), within 7 days after receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your charge. Shipping costs are offered in the case of exchange. Products for all PRE-ORDERS have been specially made for you and no refund will be accepted.
Warranty
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery. Make sure to check the condition of the delivered goods immediately for obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.
